We had a plumbing emergency when our sewer line backed up into both our shower and bathtub. It was a stressful situation, and we were calling around trying to find someone who could come out right away. We found PNR Plumbing & Rooter, and I'm so glad we did.

Pedro and his technician showed up quickly, figured out exactly what was causing the problem, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. They installed a two-way bullhorn cleanout so our sewer line can be properly maintained going forward, which gave us a lot of peace of mind.

They worked hard from start to finish, kept everything clean, and treated our home with respect. What I appreciated most was their honesty. They never tried to sell us anything we didn't need. They gave us a fair price upfront, explained the repair, and did exactly what they said they were going to do.



It's hard to find a plumbing company you can really trust these days, but PNR Plumbing & Rooter definitely earned ours. If you need an honest, reliable plumber who does quality work, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Five stars all the way!

This plumber was BY FAR the best plumber my family and I have ever used.  They've done work all over out home and we couldn't be happier. He is honest and caring.  After awhile he felt like family!! He never tried to up sell us; he was always respectful and caring.
